 These roasted beans are grown without the use of pesticides at a specialty coffee farm in the Bonazria region of Ethiopia, which is supported by Kotobuki Roasting. There are only a few places in Japan where you can enjoy them, and only a few stores.
 This is our most recommended bean.
 Because it is a natural process, you can feel the fruitiness and sweetness of the cherries more.
 With a cupping score of 90 points, you can feel the specialty flavor. The unique mocha aroma is also outstanding.
 You can choose between "light roast only" or "dark roast only".
