The production process involves fermenting the cherries for 36-48 hours, followed by pulping and then fermenting for 30-50 hours, in a double fermentation process.

It features gorgeous flavors such as tropical fruits and lavender, and the flavor is strong. As the temperature changes, you can also feel the tea-like aroma and sweetness of maple syrup.
