El Corozo Farm, which has won the Cup of Excellence awards many times, is one of the most well-known farms in El Salvador. They continue to produce high-quality beans through organic farming.
 Grown at an altitude of 1,900 meters, it has a sweetness and richness similar to maple syrup, and a subtle cranberry-like acidity.
 It has a very elegant and excellent acidity, so although it is roasted slightly darker, it is still high quality and fruity.
